A number of Liverpool supporters have reacted positively to an update claiming that Mohamed Salah is expected to sign a new deal at Anfield.
The 29-year-old has been the standout player in the Premier League this season, producing a string of world-class performances for the Reds.
Salah has enjoyed a stunning Liverpool career overall, scoring an incredible 147 goals in just 228 appearances since joining from Roma in 2017.

Unfortunately, the Egyptian is still yet to sign a new contract with the Reds, and with his current deal expiring next year, there is concern that he could leave Merseyside.
However, according to a fresh update from Goal’s Liverpool correspondent Neil Jones [via LFC Transfer Room on Twitter], Salah is expected to eventually extend his stay at Anfield beyond 2023.
